  10.  There was a problem with versions in the first Trainer Release.This Trainer
  11. will now work with the SSI U.S. Release of Flashback : The Quest for Identity.
  12. Sorry for any trouble this may have caused.Thanks to user input this problem
  13. was corrected quickly.

  15. THE TRAINER :
  16.  
  17.  Welcome again to the wonderful world of Trainers.If you're a "True" gameplayer
  18. I'd suggest passing this file by or at least waitng till you have mastered the
  19. game then feel free to play around with the Trainer later.
  20.  
  21.  For the rest of US this Trainer will help you out ALOT in your playing of
  22. Flashback.With the Shareware version of this Trainer you will able to give
  23. yourself 255 lives and use the Password Trainer to select any of the 8 Main
  24. Levels as a starting point.
  25.  
  26.  For information regarding the REGISTERED Version see the REGFB.NFO file and
  27. the ORDER.FRM.

  30. HOW TO :
  31.  
  32.  Use PKzip V2.04g and Unzip the Trainer files into your Flashback game
  33. directory.Change to the Flashback game directory (if you are not already there)
  34. and type FBTRNS.COM.You will see the opening Trainer screen which will remind
  35. you of the various Trainer functions available to you during gameplay.Press any
  36. key and Flashback will be loaded by the Trainer for you.

  38.  During the game use the following keys to your advantage :
  39.  
  40. GREY * (Next to Number Pad) - Press this and you will get 255 Shields.You can
  41.        use this function over and over as needed.
  42.  
  43. SCROLL LOCK - Press this key and it will turn ON the Password Trainer.Now when
  44.        you go to enter a password for another level just type a number 1-8 and
  45.        it will launch you to the appropriate level.(ex. Press 1 for Level 1,2
  46.        for Level 2 and so on.Note Pressing 8 will show you the ENDGAME).Also
  47.        note that when you transport to these levels you will be given the
  48.        "TRUE" password to that level.The "TRUE" password will work just as well
  49.        as the numeric with this function ON.Press this key again and it will
  50.        toggle all the this OFF.

  52. WRAP UP :
  53.  
  54.  A new addition to the Trainer engine is the abilaity to manipulate the PC
  55. Speaker keypress feedback.I added this as that has been a common question
  56. people have asked about.Now you can change the pitch up,down or off.
  57.  
  58.  The controls are as follows and should remain the same for all subsequent
  59. Trainers unless otherwise noted.At any time use these keys to change the
  60. PC Speaker sound :
  61.  
  62. F11 - Press F11 for a Higher pitched keypress feedback.
  63.  
  64. F12 - Press F12 for a Lower pitched keypress feedback.
  65.  
  66. INSERT - Toggle ON/OFF the keypress feedback from the PC Speaker.
  67.  
  68.  Press these keys any time or as many times as needed to get the desired
  69. effect.Also note that for Trainer functions that Toggle ON/OFF the ON keypress
  70. will always be a LOW pitch then a HIGHER pitched tone and the OFF will be
  71. the reverse (a HIGH pitched tone with and immediate LOWER pitched tone).

  73.  There are no known problems so far with the above trainer(s)/editors so enjoy.
